In 2001, Joe and Denise Loperena saw a problem: out-of-state owners buying Central Florida vacation homes had no good way to furnish them. Joe brought years of furniture industry experience. Denise brought interior design talent. Together they founded Furniture Packages USA in Kissimmee, FL.

Twenty-four years later, we've furnished more than 1,200 short-term rental properties across the state — from Reunion Resort villas to ChampionsGate luxury homes, from Storey Lake townhomes to Solara family vacation rentals.

We know which finishes survive forty turnovers a year, which floor plans demand which seating counts, and which photography decisions actually move occupancy.
